Lucknow: A Samadhan Diwas (Public Grievance Redressal Day) was organized at Saadatganj Police Station, where senior police officials interacted with citizens to address their concerns.
DCP West was present on the occasion and conducted a Jan Sunwai (public hearing). He listened to the grievances of the local residents with serious attention and instructed the concerned officials to ensure quick and effective resolution of each issue.
As part of the Mission Shakti campaign, aimed at women’s safety and empowerment, the DCP West also inspected the Mission Shakti Centre established within the police station. He reviewed the facilities and functioning of the centre to ensure better support for women in need.
During the inspection, he also directed the staff to maintain all police registers properly and systematically, emphasizing discipline and transparency in record-keeping.
The initiative reflected the administration’s commitment to public service, accountability, and women’s safety, strengthening trust between police and citizens.
